4. How to Install Front Camera and Rear Camera ?

Front Camera is very simple to install. One just needs to set it near rear view mirror using suction mount provided with camera. It can be rotated & fixed in any direction. It may get power from Cigerette Lighter Socket/Power Bank/Car's battery. You may hide the power cable of front camera inside the edges of car's interior. Pls refer the video for more details.

For rear camera, one need to make hole near number plate to get it installed. Also one need to connect rear camer's red & black cable to reverse parking light's cable so that it can 'sense' the use of Reverse Gear. As this requires little bit technical knowledge, it is advisable to get it installed from any car accessories store in nominal charge.

5. Why this dash cam has 4 inch IPS screen ?

One can play the recored video on the spot to prove his/her innocence. You need not to worry about finding SD card player or laptop or any video player to show the Video Footage that can save you from false accusations or any legal trouble. 8. What is the recording time of this Dash Camera ?

Infinite ! Yes, because this dash cam supports Loop Recording. i.e. This dash cam will record 3/5 minute videos until the memory card is full. Once the memory card is full, the oldest video automatically gets overwritten by new video. Hence, no need to manually delete the videos to make the space. It is automatic process. Also you can LOCK any video to prevent it from being overwritten.

9. What is exact recording time if I use 32GB Class 10 Memory Card ?

As per our testing, one can record 5.6 hours of Full HD videos considering 32GB class 10 memory card and usage of Front Camera only. It can record much longer if video quality set to HD. Also duration may vary depending on usage of rear camera. However, user needs not to worry as Recording will never stop due to loop recording feature. So if something bad happens (accident), user will have the video from that particular event to atleast 5 hours in past ! i.e. If accident happens at 6pm, user will have video stored from 12:30pm to 6pm.

10. How does rear camera shows rear view ?

Dash cam will show front & rear image on the screen simultaneously in image-in-image format. One can switch between views. Rear camera's power cable is attached to Reverse Parking Light to "sense" the reverse gear. So as soon as one put the reverse gear, view will be switched to rear view from rear cam. Both the camera will continue recording irrespective of the view you choose.

11. How to start & stop recording ?

You don't ! One needs not to do any manual operation. Both cameras will start recording as soon as you turn on ignition and will stop recording as soon as you turn of ignition. However, one can always press OK button to start/stop recording. One can press OK button for few seconds to turn on/off dash cam.

12. Does it record sound ? Can I mute it ?

Yes with excellence ! You will be amazed to hear the lowest sound recorded by this dash cam. You can always stop the audio recording from settings.

13. Can I change the direction of front camera ?

Yes, the front camera can be rotated in 360 degree. So if you wish to record something in any of the direction, you can simply rotate front cam to that direction.

14. What is differece between your rear camera & inbuilt rear camera of new Cars ?

Recording ! The rear camera which come pre-installed in new cars will just show you the rear view while parking and WILL NOT record anything. Our rear camera shows the rear view as well as records all the time whether you are moving forward or reversing the car. Hence, one will have dual recording i.e. front & rear.

15. I don't want to buy / use your rear camera. Can I use my own rear Camera ?

Sorry ! We do not sell front or rear camera separately. Our front camera has unique technology to support rear cam recording so we are proving the rear cam with it. However, it is not compulsory to install & use rear camera. One can simply use front camera and screen will show just the front view in full screen. We cannot guarantee whether your inbuilt rear camera will work with our product or not.
